Pipeline 2.0 Hair physics broken iC8/CC5/UE

Hi Reallusion teams and users,

I’m struggling with an issue when trying to import CC5 or iC8 character to both UE5.6 and 5.7
As the capture shows, hair is connected, but loses head position reference, and lags when animating with imported fbx sequences or using control rig.
I’ve tried importing with or without control rig, but the issue remains the same,
whether in UE5.6 or 5.7.

I’ve tried with physics on and off, hair object gravity off, even with plastic-like hair, but the issue remains the same.

Anything I miss here or corrective to be applied ?

It’s a little hard to tell what’s causing the issue with the photo.
Could you send me the character project(or record the issue) for us to check as well as providing your device spec?
