My Video About Render Engines

Hey everyone, as a continuation of my behind-the-scenes series I made a video about render engines (the ones I use in my videos).

Render Engines Explained (Kinda) - YouTube

It’s not a really technical or the most accurate video regarding the subject, it’s more aimed at my (not yet existing lol) audience to explain why some of my videos look different. Which is a little bit contraproductive aim I guess because people outside of our sphere probably don’t really care about this but anyway, I wanted to make a video about it.

I tried to improve upon some of the things people suggested when I posted my last video. I know it has some problems, for example the animation has some weirdness, it’s not the most natural. But I’m curious to hear what do you think, do you have any suggestions on how could I make my animations more natural for example?

Thank you everyone in advance for watching and/or replying to this topic!

PS: I already made another topic with one of my videos, should I post my future works in the same topic or I can just open a new topic like this? I couldn’t find any forum rules regarding this.

I am personally avoiding EEVEE "next " and sticking with EEVEE legacy (with SSGI) or Cycles.

Where do you find it lacking compared to the SSGI version?
At first it had quite a few bugs but I noticed some improvements in later releases.

Many of us are using Blender for stylized toon /NPR rendering and have invested in various addons to give us that look
the new raytracer in EEVEE next has broken all pervious NPR rendering pipelines thus many of us are not upgrading beyond Blender 4.1 with EEVEE legacy.

That’s unfortunate, I’m sorry to hear that.
