Music Video rendered in iClone (Save Our World)

Hi everyone,

Here is my new music video, “Save Our World.”

I created Sybil in Character Creator 5 and used iClone for her performance visuals. Sybil’s scenes were rendered in iClone and then combined with licensed Storyblocks footage. The final editing and color grading were done in DaVinci Resolve Studio.

It’s a dark grunge rock ballad with an environmental message, and I’d love to hear what fellow Reallusion users think of the character performance, mood, and visual storytelling.

Hi Cynthia
Very cool. Loved the song, the mood, and the presentation.

The lipsync being off by a second or two gets distracting – I don’t know if that was intentional or not, but you could probably fix it in a video editor. I was able to fix that in DaVinci Resolve once by turning off snapping and just carefully dragging my voice clip till it matched.

The jerky changes of pose/animation clip actually worked, but you might, again in DR or something, add a glitch effect to make it look more intentional.

Loved the layering of real-world video and the inserted screen with (I assume) you playing the guitar. Very cool!

Hope that was what you were looking for, and keep at it. I subbed!

Hi 3DChick,

Thanks for your reaction. I really appreciate it. My husband noticed the lip‑sync issue too. It happened because I mimicked the vocals through my webcam using the AccuFACE plugin but forgot to enable audio in iClone, so it couldn’t correct my mimic mistakes. Won’t make that mistake again.

Your suggestion to add a glitch effect in DR is great. I’ll definitely use it in my next video clip.

All the best,
Cynthia
