mouth and tongue bones are vertical

when rigify the bones are off sometimes theres no to teeth bone this is after rigify in blender

it happens that i cant upload images or media on here , the issue is when rigging in blender , using ccic tools , theres rigify ccic and rigify meta , i was using rigify ccic without the face control bones , and the teeth and tongue bone are wrongly allined in vertical position , i tried the rigify meta and the teeth and tongue are ok well alligned . so the rigify meta works well than the rigify ccic option , while fiddling aroun i found that when i animate my character all rigged via this process the body mesh around her hip mostly left hip is being pulled by a hand bone , when her left hand moves the hip mesh [ few verts ] move with the arm . happens to all characters when rigified with ccic tools . oh thankx for sparing your time to look into this means much
