I was hoping with the release of CC5 this issue would have been resolved - am I missing something? Has anyone else been having this issue?
In MH 5.6 rig there is Thigh Correction for each leg which prevents the mesh from distorting when the thigh is rotated. The issue I am having is when position my character seated with his/her legs crossed “indian style,” the mesh pinches at the upper thigh and the buttocks flattens completely into the thigh.
When I imported the MH 5.6 FBX file I chose Humaniod Character and the Metahuman 5 rig.
If I ignore this and animate the character in iClone, then import that animation into Unreal, retarget to my Metahuman, the distortion is carried thru to the MH rig, the thigh correction is not applied - not that I really expected it to but I was hoping… The same is true if I use Live Link.
I doubt I will upgrade to CC5 if I cannot get this resolved. Just hoping for some insight from the community.
Thanks
