Mesh distortion from Expression Wrinkles?

I have a file where when I run the Expression Wrinkle check on my character, I get major mesh distortion on SubD 2, but it’s ok on SubD 1. In one version of the file, I’d run the “correct eyeblink” which seemed to cause the problem, but in an older version of the file, I can run correct eyeblink and not cause the problem. :no_mouth:

I’m ok with just going forward with the older version, but other people may not have 700 versions of the same character to go back to, and undo doesn’t seem to fix it. Any ideas what’s causing this?
