If you believe any discounts are incorrect, please contact Customer Support and they will check if there has been an error.
However, please be aware that discounts for bundles are based on the full price of the packs included, so any current offers for individual packs will not be part of the calculation.
Support responded at first, that $479 is the price if you buy the characters individually, which is slightly incorrect, because it’s $478.50.
The article description lists explicitly that the the Urban Stylized Characters Mega Bundle contains the content of the City
Workers bundle and the Neighborhood bundle, which themselves don’t show that they are discounted from buying the characters individually.
Next, you have the cloths mega bundles, for example the Style Sphere bundle, which doesn’t add up to $351.
If you add the prices of Style Sphere - Women’s Dresses Vol.1 + Style Sphere - Women’s & Men’s Outfit Vol.1 + Style Sphere - Men’s Outfit Vol.1 + Style Sphere - Women’s Outfit Vol.1 you’ll get $117 x 4 which is $468. If you add the discounted prices you’ll get $79 x 4 which is $316. And if you add the clothes individually you’ll get $19.50 x 24 which is, again, $468.
So I have no idea where the $351 comes from.
This means I cannot see the correct discount easily compared to other bundles or compared to individual articles without checking everything manually. For example, getting 33% off for the character mega bundles is a much worse deal than getting 58% off. It must be clearly displayed for all articles how these discounts are calculated. Same with clothes, which are technically 37% off and not 43%.
This is all important, because if your customers have a 40% off coupon, they will get a better deal by buying packs individually than getting the mega bundles. But showing incorrect discounts will mislead them.
Support responded next, that they’ll forward my suggestions. I will check back to see whether they update all the information.
