For some reasons I cannot login to my member account since Friday - is this a global issue? My DA points show correctly in iclone and cc5, but I cannot login to the website with my member account.
This also prevents me from posing a question I have about a product I got on trial, which I cannot place on the content page due to that error. Are you getting an error message when you try to login? If so, please let us know what the error message says?
You can post questions here, but if the question is about a specific marketplace pack, then the vendor of the pack may not see it.
The error message is: “Login Failed! Please type in the correct password, or use “Forgot Password” to reset.”
Well, it is the password stored in my browser obviously, I didn’t change anything and it was fine up to thursday, when I bought some additional DA points and some content. I can change the password of course, but that didn’t seem to make any sense, if this is a global problem and a question of your authentication server having issues or something.
Well, the vendor of the pack is reallusion, this is content of an older pack called Stage Magician I am considering buying at the outlet. I tried the sample linked above - this has an animated material. It runs fine for 200 frames, then it stops and no matter what I try, I can’t get it to restart the animation. If I copy it or add another instance at a later point it just runs from the beginning, frame 1 - 200, no matter where I place it.
I am building a scene at a club and it would be nice to include this particular item and some others from the pack in there, but I need the scene to run a lot longer than 200 frames and whatever I could find in previous posts about animated materials did not seem to work/apply to this particular one.

Here a quick update - I managed to login again, by resetting the password (ironically to the same it was before) and have posted my query concerning the animated texture on the content page for this, hoping for a reply there in the foreseeable future.
Since I am fairly new to this - what are the best channels to place queries like this, post them here or does it make more sense to contact support (which I have thus far only contacted for non-technical issues)?

For Content pack questions related to the Marketplace, you normally contact the vendor direct using the contact link on the product page.
However, for content packs published by Reallusion you can also contact Support using the form HERE. They will help with any questions you may have.
Please Note: The Stage Magician pack is very old and may no longer be fully compatible with iClone 8. For this reason I would check this with Support before purchasing.
Thanks, will do that and hope there is a solution, because it has exactly the type of effects I would really like to use in that techno club scene (amongst others animated lightbeams and so forth, could not find all of them for trial as yet, but the same problem occurs with other items I tried from the pack). I couldn’t find anything comparable in more recent sets … Again, thank you very much for your support.
