Licensing Question: Managing Multiple Reallusion Licenses on One Machine

Dear Reallusion Support,

I have a question regarding software licensing, specifically concerning managing multiple licenses on a single computer.

Currently, I work with a client who uses Cartoon Animator (CTA) for their cartoon production. They have provided me with their Reallusion Hub login credentials (ID and password) to access and utilize their licensed CTA software and purchased assets. This setup works perfectly for their projects.

I am now in discussions with a new client and anticipate purchasing my own licenses for Cartoon Animator and iClone to handle both 2D and 3D animation projects. My primary concern is to keep the software and assets associated with each client distinct and to ensure I hold my own software licenses independently.

My question is: How can I effectively manage two separate Reallusion licenses on one machine?

Specifically, I’m wondering if I simply need to log out of one Reallusion Hub account and log into the other to switch between client projects, or if there’s a more streamlined or recommended solution for this scenario.

Any guidance or suggestions you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and assistance

Hi…

Normally when you have products split between two accounts, you would merge the accounts into one which would allow access to all your products under one sign in.

However, if the second account belongs to a client, then merging won’t be possible so the only option will be to logout of one account and login to the other.
