I have over 1000 points but will not let me use it, it keeps telling me I have to pay 11.99 to use it?

If you have the points you should be able to render. Can you post a full size screenshot of the actual error message you receive, or even better a screen capture video showing the steps you take as there may be another reason for the error?

Hi, here is the full screen of a video I have set up, and as you can see the UPGRADE is enabled, it lets me generate images but not videos, which is what I would use it for?

This shows you have Seedance selected as the model. Seedance is only available with a Starter subscription or higher. It isn’t available with the free version of AI Studio. You can however use other models like LTX or Kling.
