I am very disappointed with the Spring Spin. I “won” a $50 discount voucher, but trying to use it is a nightmare.

The worst part is that with the current promotion, as soon as you add 2 or more items to the cart, the store automatically applies a 30% discount to everything. Since this voucher cannot be combined with other offers, it becomes unusable if you want more than one thing. You can’t even override a smaller discount (like a 10% or 17% on a bundle or any promotion) even if the $50 voucher would save you more money, it says it can not be applied.

This leaves you completely trapped:

  1. You can’t buy anything with a discount, for any reason.
  2. You can’t reach the $100 minimum by adding 2 or 3 smaller assets that you actually need, because the 30% promo kicks in and disables the voucher.
  3. You are forced to find ONE single asset between $100 and $149. If you go over $149, the 30% store-wide discount is actually better than the voucher anyway.
  4. When you go far from 100$, the discount starts to be ridicoluos, 20 real dollars if you buy 1 thing for 100$ (as with 30% you can buy something cheap and have a discount of 30$ anyway), 14$ if I find something of 120$, 1 cent if you spend 149.9$ in one asset…

I’ve wasted more than an hour doing math and searching for assets, to find I can not use this voucher to buy anything I need or want.

If you can’t give a real voucher without all these conditions and “math problems”, please don’t put it in the Spin. It’s not a prize, it’s just a headache and a total waste of time.

Sorry to hear you are disappointed with the Spring Spin promotion. I will pass on your feedback to the sales team.

However, if there is content you wish to purchase using the voucher I would recommend contacting Customer Support who will be able to give you the best price for those items.

The problem is that the error message was not very specific and I missunderstood it. I can use it but it must be 100$ after all discounts including the prime member one. I was doing it wrongly.

So it worked perfect, already used it.
