Issues with skin shader in Unity 3D

I have set up an HDRP project (60000.0.47f1) in Unity and have integrated the Convai SDK. When importing the character using auto setup, I am facing issues with the skin. The whole body skin turns pink. I have tried multiple options but am not able to solve that issue. Can someone on this forum help me?

Pink as in solid colour pink because the shaders are incompatible or just tinted pink because you haven’t added the diffusion profiles to the global volume? Try selecting the pink materials in the inspector and clicking on the “fix diffusion profile” button, which you can find buried in the material inspector.
