I created a brand-new character using only the default CC5 base and built-in modifier sliders. No third-party or paid assets were used. I tested the character on a different computer using a different Reallusion account, and the same installation reported unpurchased items. Additionally, the modifier sliders do not affect even standard CC5 characters on that installation. These results suggest the issue is related to the CC5 installation or its default content rather than the character or licensing.
Hi…
Normally when this kind of error occurs it’s because a purchased item of content is present like a morph slider. This is easy to do because purchased and free morph sliders will be listed together.
Does the error message list the problematic item? if it does, please let us know what it says.
Also do check that both versions of CC5 and using the same version build, ensure that you have an internet connection on both when first using the character, and also ensure that all the “Free Resources” in Content Manager have been installed.
You can also try going to Help > Activate Purchased Items just to make sure all your content has been activated on both computers.
