issue for install content folder

Hi, when I try to download the Character Creator 5/Headshot3 library (1400+ content), I encounter an error. How can I fix this? (I’ve attached a screenshot)

Hi,

You might want to try these two steps:

  1. Verify you’re signed into Windows as an Administrator — this gives CC5 the permissions it needs to install content.
  2. Check if your content folder is on an encrypted drive (e.g., BitLocker). If it is, unlock the drive first, then retry the installation.
