I haven’t seen a topic about this yet, and it’s something I’ve wondered for months, but is there a way to hide the IK keyframes from other layers?
If I make a bunch of keyframes of movements on the “Base Layer” (that have IK), and then add a new Animation Layer, I can still see them on that new animation layer. Likewise, when I add keyframes on this new animation layer, and I click back to the Base Layer, I can see the keyframes from that other layer on top of my Base Layer, which is quite annoying, because I don’t know which keyframes are from which layer.
That works for non-IK and non-FK keyframes, which aren’t an issue, it’s the keyframes with IK or FK that will appear on other layers (whether or not a layer is activated or deactivated, or whether you are on the layer or not).
This may be a bug, but it’s been consistently this way since I started using iClone for over half-a-year.
