Import character pink

Hi I am using unity HDRP unity, when I do an auto import unity using the app my character is pink and has black eyes. How can I fix

the nice image is from CC5 the rest are from Unity the pinks ones. A huge difference

The pink is gone but why do they look so different in Unity. they barely look like the same model

It seems like a lighting difference between the two software, since there’re multiple lights in CC, the highlighted details might be different.
