Iclone to Unreal engine textures / eye shadows look weird

Is there any way to fix the textures on my model?
For one, it looks better in iclone than in Unreal even if I use HQ textures in the auto setup. Second, there are weird shadows forming around the eye. I’ve even put a spot light directly in front of the actor.
When i brought in my character, I had to go and change the eyebrow material as it did not look right.

I’m not sure what else I can do to improve the quality of my model

-edit-
I tried using the CC to Blender plugin and tried importing it to blender, and it looks perfect

-edit2- Interesting result here.
the one on the left is from CC4 > to UE. (File>Export FBX>UE)
the one on the right is from the CC4 > Blender FBX export

For anyone who may have similar issues, I was given a solution from someone on discord.

The culprit was virtual textures being applied automatically to 4k textures. They suggested that I go into each diffuse map texture, and disable the virtual texture option, and it worked.
