I’m trying to use some characters that have been developed in CC5 using actormixer. When i bring them over to iClone 8 and try to use the Face Puppet editor i get a warning “There is no matching profile for the target chracter CC5 HD”.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Try checking to make sure your iClone is updated properly. In the Content window, in both the ‘Item’ and ‘Pack’ tabs, check to see if ‘Updates’ exists at the bottom of the tab:
I just updated again and its all working now. Thank you 
Note: I deleted my previous post where i couldn’t find the updates in items… however its all good now.
