iclone 8 is stuck on the "please wait.." loading screen.

Hello.

I’ve been using iclone for several years, and when I install it on a specific computer, it gets stuck on the loading screen like this. CC4 runs fine, but iclone 8 is stuck in that state and won’t launch. Please help.

Windows 11, RTX 3080ti, 64gb ram, 12th Gen intel(R) Core™ i5-12600KF
