Iclone 8.7 unreal 5.7

I have a character, that upon export unreal loses the face puppet work I’ve done its pretty strange… I can’t figure it out the facial animation accross the board looks decent in unreal it has suddenly become really horrid like a open/close mouth only time lip synch. I’ve not seen this before, any thoughts?

We’d like to look into this issue, but I couldn’t reproduce it on my end.
Could you clarify your steps and issue with screenshots or screen recording?
Also, can you tell me what’s the version of Unreal Auto Setup you’re using?

I’m experiencing an issue with iClone 8.71 and UE 5.7, as well.

I am able to transfer the character into UE5 but not the motion data. Is there some way to clear the catch between the two applications? I’m not sure if that is the issue though. I reinstalled iclone and the all-in-one auto setup plugin and not having any luck.

I am also not seeing a prompt for auto setup for HQ import for fbx files. I have checked and the plugin is enabled in UE5. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Have you enabled Transfer Scene, including Motion?

And the duration of your animation.

With Live Link, you won’t be prompted to import in HQ; it happens automatically.
