I think my Installation of CC5 May be messed up

I may have made an installation mistake.

I installed CC5 before I updated CC4 and Add Ons to the latest version. When I tried afterward to install the updates for all the CC4 products, two of them would not update: Blender Pipeline, which just said it failed, and ZBrush Face Tools, which is says is not installed. However the installed products panel for CC4 in the Hub says it is installed.

Also I noticed that both ZBrush Face Tools and Headshot show as trial versions in the CC5 panel. I thought those were going to carry over to CC5. Is that not correct? Am I going to have to buy them again?

I had the same thing happen in my situation. the Headshot 2.0 shows Try and the Zbrush Face Tools shows Try for CC5 on the hub and I have purchased them prior for CC4 and installed with CC4.

My hub shows CC5 as TRIAL even though I installed everything inc plugins update via the hub - result “Installed Successfully” However Application launches as CC4 !!!
Still scratching head. :roll_eyes:

If you qualified for a free upgrade to CC5, then please follow the instructions HERE to redeem.

Note: Do make sure you are selecting the version as CC5 when clicking Open in the Hub. If it is still left on CC4 then that version will launch.

I am using Character Creator 4.6. In Reallusion Hub, when I select CC4, the Headshot 2.0 trial does not appear. It only shows up when I select CC5.

Since Headshot 2.0 is advertised as compatible with CC4 and above, shouldn’t the trial also be available for CC4 inside the Hub? Please check if this is a Hub issue or if the trial is CC5-only.
