I Keep Being Signed Out!

Hey all,

I’ve noticed that I am being constantly signed out of the Marketplace. Something has changed somewhere, as this is new (and very annoying) behavior. It happens multiple times a day.

I know something has changed at the Reallusion end as I was recently forced to change my existing password as it didn’t “meet minimum requirements.” OK, fine. But why do I now have to consistently sign back in?!

It’s very annoying.

Anyone else having this issue?

I’ve not encountered any issues myself. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and temporary internet files? This may well resolve the login issue problem.

Yes, that was the firs thing I tried. But to be sure, I will try again.

I’m using Chrome, and I know it’s also been updated a lot recently, so it’s also a possible culprit (though it doesn’t do this at any other sites I visit regularly. Just Reallusion’s Marketplace. Not even this forum!)

Well, it’s still doing it. I cleared everything from my browser (Chrome) and Signed In. Closed then re-opened the browser, and tried to open my Transaction History (I have a shortcut for that so I can monitor my sales) and I was instantly Signed Out.

It does seem to be related to this specific link. No idea why. Certainly didn’t used to do this beforehand (maybe once a month I’d have to Sign In.) Now it’s almost every time I open the browser.

Any clues?

I just checked your link , and yes i am not getting signed in.
Presseing back and coming back , we are signed in.

So SSO is not working on the link you posted.

I’ve now raised a Ticket - although I don’t hold much hope of a solution as the last few I’ve raised were pretty much all ignored (about Particle Emitters. cough)

Yes, I also keep getting signed out of the Developer Center, often multiple times a day and on different platforms (phone, PC, Chromebook).

Yes I keep getting signed out on my mobile which never happened before and is a pain having to sign in every time.

Thank you for all the feedback regarding the login issues. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.

As the issue has been reported to Support, they will hopefully find the cause and resolve it soon. Once I know more I’ll update again.

Support were unable to resolve the issue. If anyone else can add some useful info to the Ticket before they close it, that would be great. Otherwise we are going to have to deal with this indefinitely.

Are you using some kind of browser extensions?

On Windows try surfing the website in the Windows Sandbox App (included in Windows Pro). The sandbox is a clean system without any clutter or third party software. If it works there, then there is problem with your base system.

If your problem appears on multiple devices (desktop computer, laptop, smartphone etc.) there might be a problem with your user account at Reallusion.
