It is an open source called Trellis. I created a weight set in free photofiltre photo editor. I used Leonardo Ai to make the image more realistic. I put the image in Trellis and downloaded as a GLB. I used Blender to convert to FBX. Now I can use in Iclone or CC. This took less than a minute to create the 3D weight set.
Trellis crates acceptable results. I think these tools are already good enough for small items or background items, so you can use them to fill a 3D scenery. Not very usable for full characters.
Do you already know about Hunyuan3D-2? It was just recently released and also works locally. Seems on the same level as Trellis. Maybe it’s working better on some input that Trellis has problems with and vice versa. It’s always good to have multiple alternatives.
Not bad to quickly generate background props…
The only thing I’d do differently, is use Google image search (in place of Invoke AI) to generate images for isolated props.
Google image search would provide you with tons of pictures without the need to specify a negative keywords. Like for remote control
I will try using real image photos. The only thing I like about AI generated ones is you can control the background better. Google images still links to get you to buy stuff even from the images tab unless you add .png or .jpg to the search.
Dern capitalists want to make money with all the free stuff they give us.
