Hub Crashes trying to update iClone to v8.6.3?

I’ve been trying to update iClone to 8.6.3 for the past week or two but every time I click ‘update’ in the Hub it just hangs and I have to shut it down via task manager

Same thing with Video Mocap v1.0 - just hangs the Hub and doesn’t ever actually install the update.

ok hilarious as soon as I post this it finally works and actually prompts to install video mocap as well.

Please try the following to see if it helps.

  1. Log out of the Hub, restart your computer and then Sign in again. Now see if the update will install correctly (make sure iClone is shut down when you try to update)

  2. If the problem is still the same, try uninstalling the Hub and then download and install the latest version from HERE. Hopefully this will resolve the problem.
