Hello Reallusion and the mighty community!
Please help me to solve this uncomfortable situation. I have bought several motion libraries, but their Thumbnails are not correct. They do not show the motion. There is for every category just one, and for all the motions same thumbnail picture. It is really uncomfortable and slow to work with.
How to fix it?

This issue may be caused by an error during the package installation process.
Please try right-clicking on the empty area inside the affected package and select Refresh to see if this resolves the issue.
Let us know if the problem persists.

What packages are they? Not all packages have animated thumbnails.

And I would be happy even with static tumbnails. Anything that would make the orientation in the content easyer. Unfortunately it is the same for non-animatet tumbnails. Double checking now = refreshing … and it looks still the same:

Since this is a pack by a vendor other than RL, it would be best to contact the vendor directly at https://marketplace.reallusion.com/iclone/author/animo_mocap. There should be a link to do so on the product page.
Interesting. You mean like… there is no standard on Reallusion side of their Markletplace to keep things working right?
The Marketplace has been introduced for third-party contributers to sell items in an easy way, but they have full responsibility over the content. This would include the icons for those items.
When the animated icons were introduced by RL there was a question if others could create those too. As far as I know that is not possible at the moment. So only static icons can be used, but I agree that they should be different for different motions.
I just checked the animations that I have and only motions created by RL have animated icons.
I am modest man… 
I would be super happy with only static thumbnails. But how to have them? Nobody is answering the “phone”… nor Reallusion nor the motion vendor…

There is a form to fill out where you can explain your problem. Mention also that you tried contacting the vendor but got no response.
