How to Depthless black material/particle effect?

I do not know what the correct term for this is, but basically I’m trying to get it to where If you had a skull or hood, you would not be able to see inside of them even if you walked up and turned on a flashlight to see inside.
All for use inside cc4 and iclone.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but you might consider using the exclude effect to turn off all the lighting and IBL on the surface/mesh that want the depthless black on. I use this to turn a character into a shadow in this video:
