i see in the rules it says “The video should be 15 seconds above long and in 1080p resolution or above.” does that mean anything above 15 seconds long? is there a time limit?

Yes, exactly! The video should be at least 15 seconds long, and there is no maximum time limit. Just make sure it is long enough to effectively showcase your character details or animations.
As for the entries, there is no limit per person! You are more than welcome to submit multiple entries, and you can even enter different categories to increase your chances of winning.
