How do I fix the hips going all over the place while walking around?

I’ve got another mocap issue here I’m finding hard to fix properly.

His pelvis just goes all over the place after he gets up. I’ve tried setting keyframes on a separate animation layer where I just key his hips back in the right position. It just ends up creating a big mess as I have to make this adjustment in several places along the Time Line.

Another similar problem I have is when the enter character is slanted for the whole animation.

Any ideas?
