It’s subsurface scattering bleed through from the connected eyelash mesh.
The only way to get rid of it completely is to separate the eyelash from body.
In the Scene Tools panel, there is a “Cycles Setup” button that does just that, as well as add’s SubDivision modifiers, adjust terminator offsets to reduce shadow artifacts and rebuilds the materials for Cycles, if needed.
