Help with the rigging please

Hi there im really hoping someone can help. Ive made a character and im super happy with that but when i export to blender, using the pipeline or manually, i end up with 2 armatures, one in the tpose with no face bones and another in an arm slightly down pose that has all the face bones too. Im not experienced with rigging at all but this doesnt seem right to me.

What are the versions? Of Blender and also the pipeline plugin.

What are the steps you took to make this happen.

Also does it do this with any of the stock characters (Camila, Kevin, etc) ?

Hi there thank you for taking the time to reply. im using the latest versions of everything. I made my character using the CC5 HD Neutral character as a base, baked down the normals and baked the morphs. I tries a couple of the pre-loaded animations, after i wrote the last post i figured how to reset the animation to the default pose, so ive now done that. I have tried exporting using the pipeline, and the link direct to blender, Ive also tried manually exporting. Ive also tried with several base characters with no edits from me. Im still getting 2 rigs, they both line up now after resetting the pose in CC5, the metarig with the face bones, and a 2nd rig with no head bones at all…everything seems to work for posing in blender and it converts to Rigify with no problems that i can seej but i just wanted to see if having 2 rigs exporting from CC5 was normal before i do too much work in blender.

There should only be one rig immediately after importing.

What are the rigs called? A screen shot or two might go a long way too.

You can also check the system console in Blender for errors. (Menu: Window > Toggle System Console)

For reference: This is what it should look like after a successful import
(Pipeline version 2.3.2 on Blender 4.5.4)

And after a successful Rigify, there should be three rigs (The original, the metarig and the rigify rig):
