Everything was working fine until yesterday.

Have you installed Cartoon Animator on other computers? If so, this may be the reason for the issue.
You can check which computers are currently activated in your account HERE. Just look in the Activated Seats column and click Details for Cartoon Animator 5. From here you can deactivate any unwanted computers.
However, if you still have problems, please contact Customer Support who will be able to help you resolve the problem.
