Help iclone motion face and body tracking

Ok I have the software iclone 8 and the face and body track using a OBSBOT trail air I need help on getting him to move with my tracking I am not sure what I am doing please help ChatGPT is no help

Unfortunately the OBSBOT Tail Air isn’t one of our supported mocap devices for iClone’s Motion LIVE. However, I’ll pass this on for consideration for the future.

UPDATE:

As our dev team is not familiar with the OBSBOT Tail Air, please can you let us know if this camera has any 3D export options and also if it supports any other 3D software like Unreal, Unity, Blender etc? Thanks.
