I have Headshot 1 and 2 After watching the headshot 3 webinar, I was wondering what Headshot 3 would give that 1 and 2 are not? I did not see any good results from the webinar. Should I wait until the quality of the plugin’s results are better or just do not go any further. Thanks in advance.

Headshot 3 includes massive improvements to the Image to 3D Head workflow that was first introduced in Headshot 1.
You can see the huge number of improvements in the Version Comparison.
So generally if you only use the Mesh Workflow, then staying with Headshot 2 will be fine, but if you use the Image Workflow then you should definitely consider upgrading as this workflow is so much better now in HS3.
