Headshot Mesh could use a symmetry option

I really dislike having to try to do double the work when bringing in a head. I go through and add points to a side of the head/face and then need to try to accurately redo it on the other side. If I only do it to one side and then try to use the mirror function within CC4, I often get issues if the dividing line of the mesh was dragged too far in either direction.

I wish there was an option within headshot to only work with one half of the CC4 head and then have it mirror that upon completion. Most of the time, I want symmetry at this stage and want to go in and detail it afterwards, so having something like this would be perfect.

Hi…

Thank you for the feedback. I will pass this on to the CC team.

However, as you have already found, it is very important to try and get the dividing line centred as precisely as possible to reduce the time it takes to add all the fitting points. Mirror should well when this is done correctly.

That is true…
When I use Headshot from photo, I always start with photo itself. It is most of the time possible to symmetrize the photo itself replicating L to R or vise versa, as well as removing glare/shine, hair from face, up-scaling with AI, etc, etc… In other words the better job you do with preliminary photo editing, the less issues you’d have with mesh and texture after the head is generated.
