Headshot 3 wont reinstall

Hello,

I recently reinstalled CC5, and since then I have been unable to download or install the Headshot plugin. When I try to install it, I only get a folder icon with a disk/open symbol instead of the plugin installing properly.

I am an active subscription customer, and I have already followed the troubleshooting steps recommended in the support articles and forum posts, but the issue remains unresolved.

I have also contacted support but have not received a response yet.

Could someone please help me resolve this issue or advise on the next steps? I need to get the Headshot plugin working again as soon as possible.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with Headshot 3.

If you have already contacted Support then you should expect to hear back from them very soon now. They should then be able to get you up and running quickly.
