Headshot 2 CC5 keeps crashing my (powerful) computer.
I have deleted temp files, closed other apps, turned off GI and viewport to base color, updated versions, updated nvidia drivers and more.
At points of use, it freezes my whole computer…
I do a lot of intense Unreal rendering etc. with no such issues.
What is going on???

Is the crashing occurring with all all head imports or just the one?
If it happening with all imports, please contact our Technical Support department and they will try to help you.
It’s been months! I just keep proving over and over again to support I have a powerful computer… There is no solution, eventually my ticket gets cancelled and then we repeat the process. Customers are paying a lot of money for this, please make sure we actually get something that works. It would be a great product if it was stable… but CC5 and CC4 with headshot is FAR FAR FAR less stable then Unreal Engine/Metahumans, Houdini, Maya, Blender and EVERY single other app that I use…
