hi i just succes to pass at CC5 and i allready have headshot 2.2 with my CC4 but in the HUB the only option i have for headshot t oCC5 is " try or purchase " someone have an idea to fix it ?
Check Bell notification on reallusion HUB, should be a port licenses to CC5 for all addons compatible.

So these upgrades of plugins from CC4 to CC5 will only install if CC5 is purchased?
Hmmm I don’t really understand why you would want to upgrade the CC4 plug-ins to CC5 plug-ins if you haven’t purchased CC5? If you only have CC4 then you just continue to use the CC4 versions of the plug-ins.
Hi, just checking if someone can help here with my issue.
I recently purchased Headshot 2, but I don’t have CC5. I want to use it with CC4 but it’s not showing in my HUB as “downloadable” or “purchased”. That link also doesn’t work for me as I purchased after the 27th. But I also don’t know how that link would help as I don’t have CC5 anyway. Any help is greatly appreciated, cheers!
Did you purchase Headshot 2 using different account details than CC4? If so that will be the problem.
If you did use the same account, please try logging out of the Hub, close it down and then restart and log back in. Does the Hub appear now?
If it doesn’t, or you did use a different account, please contact Reallusion Support who will be able to help you get this issue resolved.

I only have one account, I tried logging out, restarting and logging back in, Headshot still doesn’t show in the CC4 Add On category.
I created a support ticket but they sent me a link to the CC5 upgrade… which doesn’t help me as I don’t have CC5.
Simply because I want to verify they work…I don’t trust anything RL does on upgrades.

If you do still have the Headshot 2 plug-in missing, one thing to check is that you do have CC4 as the selected version as shown below. We commonly see users not realise they have a different version selected.
There are no new features added in the CC5 versions. If you only have CC4 you are not missing out on anything.
You miss the point…I AM missing out on seeing if they work BEFORE I buy into CC5.
