Glute bending issue?

Is there any way to improve the way the glutes bend in iClone? They seem okay to a certain point, but once the pose gets more extreme it looks a bit wonky. Comparing Daz G9 to iClone CC3+, the Daz figure looks a lot more natural.

iClone:

Daz:

The Daz figures have meticulously crafted joint correction morphs that trigger when the limbs are bent beyond a certain axis.
(inside Daz studio)
the Iclone/CC5 figures have no such rigging ,at this time at least.

Bummer! (sorry, couldn’t resist). Considering that Daz is free, and CC/iClone is far from it, you’d think the CC characters would be at least as good if not better.

FWIW, I was told ,in the comments section of a CC5 YT video
(By Reallusion presumably), that Daz style joint control morphs are coming in an update for the new CC5 bases.

Yeah the Daz figures joints look great, but sadly their animation tools remain trash.

That would be nice! Any ETA for that?

True, particularly the lip sync–that was the last straw for me to abandon Daz animation.

Nope just this statement by whomever runs their
youtube account .

Okay, hopefully they’ll make good on that. :crossed_fingers:
