I registered for this but the confirmation email does not arrive, even after several attemps. I chatted with Zoom support and it may be something in the host settings (I made sure my email was correct and that confirmations did not end up in the spam.)

This is what they suggested:
Article: Since you’re an attendee, you won’t be able to force the confirmation email from your side—the webinar host/organizer has to resend it from the webinar’s attendee list:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal (host/organizer side).
  2. Go to Webinars and open that webinar.
  3. Invitations tab → Manage Attendees.
  4. Find your registration and click Resend Confirmation Email.

If they resend it and you still don’t get it, use these email-delivery troubleshooting steps (they cover common blockers like filtering/rules, allowlisting, etc.):

BTW, I had also the same trouble with the previous webinar.
