‘Christo the Civilized Barbarian’ is an animated series about a sharp-tongued barbarian that has earned multiple global film festival awards. Created by Shaddy Safadi and Loic Bramoulle, the team navigated the complexities of motion capture and animation using iClone and Rokoko tools. They showcased their 3D workflow at the Barcelona Film Festival in February 2025.

I must ask “one precent of the cost”
of what exactly?

SInce they used Blender for rendering their pipeline could have excluded
the $900 for Clone & CC4 and the $400 dollar live face profile entirely and used Daz figures 8.1 or G9 figures
exported to Blender ,via the FREE Diffeomorphic addon,
which supports live ink CSV data or Iphone face cap data right inside blender.

According to their video they recorded the facial performances separately anyway.

They could have just used the FREE Rokoko Studio Live addon for Blender to do the Body capture right inside Blender
on a separate layer using the $26 dollar animation layers addon for blender.
