Hi! I’ve downloaded Reallusion_HUB_Lite.exe, but I’m unable to run it, despite having up-to-date system and restarted pc.

Try uninstalling the Hub by going to Start > Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > Reallusion Hub.
Then restart your computer, and before launching any other apps, download and install the latest version of the Hub from HERE.
Then check again to see if the Hub will launch successfully.
