Failed to connect to LIVE FACE (iPhone) and to Motion plugin

Hello! I’m having trouble connecting my iPhone X to my Cartoon Animator 5/Character Creator 3/IClone7.

I can’t set up the Live Face app, and I can’t select the iPhone as an instrument in the Motion plugin.

I’ve read the manual: Connecting to LIVE FACE
and the related forum: LIVE face not working with my iphone 11 promax and 11 but don’t find correct answer that will solve my problem!

What should I do? I’m waiting for your reply.

Have you purchased the iPhone Facial Mocap Gear Profile from the page HERE? This is required as well as the free Live Face App for your iPhone X or higher.
