Face Tools not showing up in Zplugin menu

I’m trying to create an expression library with one of my characters. I’ve setup several expressions using the Facial Profile Editor. But I’m having issues when I press the GoZ Expressions button. The Face Tools plugin is not selectable within ZBrush’s Zplugin Tab which is where it is suppose to be. Why is this happening and how can I assure that Face Tools appears in the Zplugin menu when I select it?
