I used Acculips and Accuface on a character. When I export, the facial animation is not exported. The body animation works though. iClone 8
Hi,
We attempted to reproduce the issue you reported, but in our tests, the facial animation generated from AccuLips and AccuFace exported correctly.
Could you please specify which file format you are exporting and which target software you are importing into?
Additionally, if you could share the iClone project file with us, it would allow us to investigate the problem directly.
You can send the file to: alanyang@reallusion.com
Thanks!
Hi, I’ve done some tests with your file and exported to blender.
However, the .fbx exported on my end included all body motion, expression and viseme(lips movement).
Would you submit a screen recording of how you export and how it behaves in targeted software to my email for us to check?
Still, here’s a potential workaround that you may try: using the Collect Clip Track.
1.Open collect clip track in the timeline.
2.Drag to select the frames you want to be included.
3.Right click the clip you just created > save > save Motion Plus.
4.Delete all track, drag in the new Motion Plus file.
5.Export the character as .fbx file.
Please let me know if this works!
