this message is keeping popup when I use IAvatar with HD profile data.
I have tried many things to fix it
installing HD character in both CC5 and IClone
changed the IAvatar Eyes to the standard CC3 eyes
but it couldn’t be solved
I have both Programs CC5 and Iclone

Have you tried reapplying the facial profile again in CC5 to see if this corrects the issue?
In CC5, open the Facial Profile Editor (Modify Panel > Animation tab), then load the CC5 HD.ccFacialProfile found in your Reallusion Templates > Actor > Facial Profile folder.

We have updated the facial profile again in cc5 and the issue is gone.
