Ok so I’m guessing what’s happening here is either the head is not staying rigid and deforming or it’s the hair model that’s deforming?

Does the hair have physics? If not, check that the hair is parented to the Head bone.
@sunlikevoid I found the bone menu but I can’t figure out how to do this. Google says right click model and assign bone but that’s not even an option!?
1.Click the hair asset in the Scene menu, 2. Go to the modify tab, 3.scroll down till you find “Attach to” , 4. Click “Pick Parent”. then click on your character’s head.
@sunlikevoid I’m not getting the Attach - Pick Parent option at all. Not in Iclone 8 .52 or CC4.52
tell me, what does it say at the top of the modify tab? Does it refer to the asset as Hair or Cloth?

I reimported the character again and made sure the hair was set as a hair object and now it’s fixed.
