Daz/CC/iClone/FBX/C4D clothing item/shoe all messed up?

Hi, having an issue with a clothing item pipelined from Daz3D to Cinema 4D where if I export it as FBX from iClone with no animation on it, it looks fine, but if I animate it in iClone and export it with an animation, the right foot looks like this:

feetmessed

Any ideas? I tried Transferring Skin Weights, and Decimating the mesh to maybe force it to “rethink” the mesh, but same problem. The clothing item itself is a “full body” coverall with the shoes included as all one mesh.

PS: I did a little further experimentation exporting the animated character directly from CC, and the feet were fine, so it’s something about iClone?

Try disabling Foot Contact, or level animation with the ground if character’s feet are sinking too deep below ground level

Thanks, but foot contact wasn’t on. Not sure if the image is clear, but the right foot looks like a deflated balloon and is curled sideways, so it’s not just a case of the foot in the wrong place, or even just twisted.
