What are you doing in CTA5 when this error pops up? Are you installing a purchased content pack, or trying to create a folder for custom content?
Please explain a little more about your workflow leading up to the error and we’ll try to help. If it related to custom content then you should be able to just rename the subfolder.
I don’t do anything. I just installation CTA5 after finished I try to click on Custom and then it pops up that message
Note: One more thing If I want to rename the subfolder where should I go?
When you install Cartoon Animator 5 you get the option to choose where the program files are installed, where the template folder is installed (for purchased content), and finally where your Custom content folder is installed.
It would seem that possibly an incorrect name was chosen which is throwing up the error.
If you can’t remember where you chose to install your content folders, you can simply right click any content thumbnail in Content Manager and choose Find File. This will open your Windows File Explorer where you can see where the content is installed.
Overall though, if you keep having issues, it might be wise to uninstall CTA5 and then reinstall again, but this time try to keep to the default naming structure (you can still change drive if needed). This should resolve the problem.
