Sadly opening Photopea after installing
it says “not functional anmore” 
Any known alternatives ?
Unfortunately Photopea is no longer supported.
For Raster/PSD you can use Photoshop, Affinity Photo/Designer, Krita or Clip Studio Paint.
For Vector/SVG you can use Illustrator, Affinity Designer, Corel Draw or Inkscape.
