Hi all,

First time posting - can anyone tell me then credits renew please? I’m on the pro subscription.

I’ve been on it for over a mother but it doesn’t seem to have refreshed the 9K?

Any reason why?

Your AI Points refresh monthly on the same date as your original purchase date.

So do check the date you began your subscription. If you have gone past the renewal date, check first to see if the monthly subscription payment was taken from your bank. If it was, please contact Customer Support who will be able to check what the problem is and make sure you get your points. Thanks.
